We opened our doors in South Miami in 2018 as a wellness clinic with a simple conviction: medicine and serenity belong together. Over the years we grew, we listened, and we sharpened our focus, and we became Kalm Med Spa.
The rebrand from Zativa Life wasn't cosmetic. It was a promise to do the things our patients told us mattered most: keep the same trusted faces in the room, post our prices honestly, and actually follow up. Kalm is what that clinic grew into, calmer, clearer, and more accountable.
Today we're a physician-supervised med spa weighted toward wellness and regenerative medicine, IV therapy, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, cryotherapy, ozone, and peptides, delivered in a space that feels nothing like a clinic and everything like a reset.
